I'm almost at the point where I'd say he's our best draft pick ever (with maybe Bure being an exception).
He's definitely our best 1st round pick ever (yes, even over Linden).
He's got a lot to prove, but I don't doubt this kid for a second.
Let's not get too ahead of ourselves. The kid has a lot of potential, but he hasn't played an NHL game yet, so slow down.

A lot of busts there wow. At least with his uncle there the DNA should help.
But Gillis and his coach refused to use the injury as an excuse for Hodgson's sub-par camp.
"He's been cleared to play for 10 days and we're in a time frame now where things need to get better," Gillis said. "He needs to show that he is ready and capable of participating at this level on a good team." (Vancouver Province)

Seriously i knew he was good when we drafted him but i didn't realize he was this good.
I can't wait for him to come to training camp next season and hopefully he's on the roster for us when the season starts.
Just looking at the list of past winners makes you realize what great company he has joined as CHL player of the year. The expectations for this guy are so high right now!
