I couldn't find any other thread on this guy and was just wondering what type of player you guys expect Rahimi to turn out to be. I've heard from various people that he reminds them a lot of Kronwall in Detroit in that he hits absolutely everyone in his way but is more of a stay at home defenseman like Mitchell. Is this accurate or should I expect something else?

Sorry guys, I honestly did look and missed it somehow. Kinda busy at work here today but was talking about Rahimi with my boss and thought I'd ask between clients.

bust. Not a chance he makes it to the nhl. If so maybe he becomes the 7th d-men.

He is not even in the clear day roster of the Moose.

Forsberg is bound to sign here. If he still has problems with his foot, he knows that that another one will wash up on our shores and he can give that one a try.

You have it right but, as suggested earlier, his chances of making the NHL are limited!

Suave seems to be the only stud. McIver maybe if MG re-signs him. Then there's Davison and Vannennan. Maybe we trade up in draft?.

He have potential, how many player other GM gave up on and Mike Gillis took? Well in that case its not exactly the same but some player have potential, they just need more time and... practice i guess

at the very best, he will be a physical no. 5 or no. 6 defenceman like shane o'brien with less offensive prowess.

part of the reason he was not on the clear day roster was because of stars prospects like mark fistric and maxime fortunus, both are defenceman. then there is raymond sawada, also of dallas. three spots taken away from canucks prospects.
