we get 12 hours to pick....this draft is gonna take like 2 weeks to finish give em like 3 hours each...why do we jus all get into 1 msn convo take about a 1-2 hours out of our time rather then 2 weeks and finish this thing

If you can manage to get all 12 people on at the same time then feel free to.

But normally they do take like 2 weeks.

Oh and if people just give me lists then if someone does say there pick then i can just do it for them according to the highest avalible pick.

If we could get atleast 10+ and autodraft the best player available(by vote) to the ones who couldn't make it. Or give them atleast 3-5 hours to draft, Not 12.

but the problem with this is school.some of us go to school and it would be hard.

ok wait. So if I am waiting for the person ahead of me to pick. He hasn't pick and I go to bed. All of a sudden he picks and I lose my turn?? I mean I am dedicated to being online but come on.

If anything it should be C. But I don't even like that option because it's a matter of oppinion. Also let's say I draft a goalie round 1 and then I miss my 3 hour deadline on round 2. Maybe I get another starting goalie since he is the best available.

I strongly urge that we just put out the effort of trying to he online as much as possible. And if someone is always late then we give them a boot.

So option D is my vote
