How do you do sig rotations in PS? preferably Cs2

I believe you need Image Ready unless you have CS3.. Not 100% sure though.

CS3 has it built in already.
If you are using PS2, you will also need to have Imageready CS2 to be able to rotate signatures.

no. only cs3 and cs4 have built in animation windows

BUTTT to you pro psers, how do you suppose you go about in doing that green/blue tinge effect that the canucks do on all their pictures and ads?
