So, another thread from me
I was wondering how many of you guys rely on stocks to do sigs? I challenge you guys to make a sig without stocks(only a render, or only a picture etc.) and post it in this thread. Most of my sigs have 0 or 1 stocks in them. It's a great way to improve and will make your sigs look alot better in the long run imo. Because then you won't have to rely on them, you can still use them, sure, but you don't need them to make you're sigs look good.

I find brushes can work as a good replacement for stocks.

for the glowing thing in the front i used a brush and put a outer glow to it and the rest were brushes. I wasn't sure if brushes counted as stocks so i just used them.

How do you use the pen tool do to stuff like that? I only ever use it for rendering.

you can use the pen tool just make the lines wavy and it will look cool. Then you can put like effects on it like outer glow, drop shadow etc.
