Yeah thats what I been hearing as well, I guess in a way he is a RFA. I don't really understand their rules, it would be interesting to see those kind of contracts. I wish in Europe they published their contracts like they do over here, really wish Cepr, Latvie or some other KHL follower who knows the league very well could explain it to us.
