Well first; this thread was made a week before the free agencies started. So you're basically an idiot. As of the time of this thread, Gaborik was not a UFA yet. Therefore; it would be considered tampering.

Wow. Re-read his question. He was asking for the bylaws of tampering, and instead of creating a new thread that would piss everybody off, he posted in an already existing thread in order to get someone to answer his question. He never even mentioned Gaborik and never even denied it being tampering.

He did an even better job at not creating a thread that would make everybody scream "IBTL."
