There are virtually no salary players on the team that will be pursued by other teams. The only players with value are Kesler, Burrows, the D-core, and Luongo. After that you're down to prospects and by trading them to move up, you've just wasted the last 2-4 years on a player who has never played for you just to take a guy who will need another 2-4 years to be ready.
