RogersArena
Jordan Schroeder also returns to Moose lineup after taking a stick in mouth Fri vs Abbotsford. He was wearing full face shield at am skate @WiebSunSports Seems like our prospects need to protect their faces more haha. Maybe Schroeder will think he's back playing at Univ. Of Minn. and get a few goals.

dbam09
man this kid has some sick hands in the shootout. kind of reminds me of sam gagner or kyle wellwood. Just has the puck on a string the entire time.
RogersArena
Jordan was a healthy scratch for today's Moose game. I wonder if it will light a fire under him. He's got to start producing in order for the Moose to go far in playoffs.

bluesy_shoes
Is Jordan going to be on the big club next year. where i am from i hear nothing about the canucks prospects. It isn't likely. Hodgson, Shirokov, and B. Sweatt are all ahead on the depth chart as of now, and Schroeder has been having an underwhelming season this year. bluesy_shoes

thanks. well lets hope that Hodgson can stick with the big club at least next year. Yep, I think Cody will have a strong post-season, and carry that momentum into camp. I think for some of the players that have transitioned into the pro game this year may benefit come the "do or die" mentality of the playoffs. That includes Schroeder; he was real good last post-season. I think it is only a matter of time until he starts contributing at the AHL level. B. Sweatt has had a successful season, and he is a forward to be excited about. He's exceeded (my) expectations, and had a really strong second half to the season. In all likelihood, he won't make the team out of camp, but if he continues with his trajectory, I think there is a very good chance he will be getting some call-ups as a 3rd line winger. CRAZY_4_NAZZY
Schroeder is adjusting to a full year in pro hockey and is learning to play with the same intensity every game. HIs consistency hasn`t been here this year but next year will be better like it was for Shirokov.
Canvoucer Vanuck
Let's hope that yesterday's healthy scratch did some good for Schroeder's game. He was pretty effective in last year's playoffs, but he was playing C then, with Desbiens on his wing so who knows if he'll get to replicate that success again... Our top six is solid and even our top 9 you can argue there is no room for him. i hope we can make it happen but at this point i dont see how it is possible. UFCanuck
Jordan Schroeder stuffed home a no doubter with 34 seconds left in the second period after a lobbing point shot by Manitoba's Mark Flood was misplayed by MacIntyre and slid to Schroeder to the right of the crease. http://www.moosehockey.com/summaries/summary/295 Moose win 5-4 Down 2-1 in the series. DeNiro
I heard Schroeder had a sick feed tonight for Bliznaks winning goal. Such a nice setup on that goal, you can tell his confidence is growing. And people who try to compare him to patrick kane could make a good argument using that play tonight. :D
