I agree but his assist totals point to Anthony being a distributer as well as a shooter. Does he have one or two more years in the Q?

I'd have to think that he's one of the highest.
Just noticed that he's only one letter grade under Rodin (7C).

Common Myths:
1. A 2 way contract means you can be sent down without clearing waivers. False - All it means is you get paid an ahl salary if sent down and has nothing to do with waivers.
2. You can buyout a player any time during the year. False - There's a specific buyout period window when teams are allowed to buyout players.
3. Sending a rookie down before they played 10 nhl games saves a year on their entry level contract. False - This only applies to CHL players like hodgson who aren't 20 yet and not to players like Shirokov.

But I'll take an NHL player in the seventh round any year.
yeah, I'd be happy with any 7th rounder of ours making the NHL (if you get one you're already ahead of the curve, if you get a bunch, you're Detroit
Hmmmm, looking back into draft history, the last 7th rounder to make the NHL is Derek Dorsett in columbus (2006 entry draft, 189 overall)
2005 had 4 players; Sergei Kostitsyn (MTL), Anton Stralman (TOR), Kyle Cumiskey (COL), and Patric Hornqvist(NSH)
2004 was the last time the canucks had a 7th or later draft pick make the NHL: a 9th rounder named Jannik Hansen (287 overall).
interestingly enough, we also have McIver (254), O'Brien (250), and Glass (265) from 2003. Meaning we have 2 9th rounders and one 8th rounder on our team right now (one being injured), and another 8th rounder with a tiny bit of nhl experience.
