I would have sent a letter bomb to Gillis if he traded a 2nd and a 3rd for Schneider.

you know that there are 29 other teams out there right?
It's funny how a lot of people say crap like Otaku said above, yeah Canucks are going to sign every free agent and still have money left over ....WTF!

A PP quaterback is something we desperately need and, if the price is right, I that J-Bo can fill that void (not a total lock, however).
Gaborik, when healthy, can provide some undeniable talent and scoring to the team with his speed and hands. Lets hope that the hip-surgery he underwent can cure his past problems.
It's going to be interesting to see what happens if the Sedins don't resign... something that looks like it's going to happen. I believe in Gillis, though, and fully believe he can make this team work. I can't help but feel excited (and definitely a little scared) about the changes we are going to see...

Last year Gillis went after the biggest fish in the pond (didnt turn out that way, but at the time seemed like a great addition).

He said they have BUDGETED for the significant players is all, you guys should read it a little beter.
That basically means that he may be able to fit some extra players in and nothing more.

Are you not on the boards as well? Were you not curious to see what he was saying as well? Did it never cross your mind he was saying he might add a couple more significant players?
And finally,
do YOU have nothing better to do than make yourself look like an a-hole so CDC could think your a hotshot and call you the next Wetcoaster in your little fantasy world where everyone is wrong and you are right?
F off.
