I think 4 million for Komisarek would've been good, but players who sign as free agents usually get a bit overpaid.
4.5 million will be well worth it if Komisarek plays like he did the season before last. He was a complete beast, almost Chara like but with less mental errors. Plus, he's younger than Mitchell and imo holds more potential.
