Let's hope they are precursors to something larger.
That may be a possibility. Why would Nycholat be re-acquired from the Avs. Did we not have him a while back. Are we loading up on some depth for a trade.
I really hope Sundin has advised Gillis what he is going to do. If he has indicated that he will play one more year for us than most of the remaining salary cap is there for him.
It is also very quiet in Senator land. If Mats is going to retire than is there a possibilitry that a Senator might be given an offer to come here. If he really wants out of Ottawa, maybe he is willing to re-negotiate his contract so that it is possible to move faster. Also Beauchemin is a possibility as well.
Wild guesses but stranger things have happened.

In the words of my 3 year old nephew..."GO NUCKS!!"...I think my nephew will make a fine hockey player...when I was explaining to him about the players going into the penalty box...I said they were getting a "time out"...my nephew had horror in his eyes...he hates "time out"...rest assured he'll probably stay clear of the penalty box...he seems to have already picked up soccer as well and was telling us how to kick the ball properly...btw...he's wondering what happened to the Canucks posters at MacDonalds and was quite concerned it was no longer there...he was also surprised I wasn't into "hockey books"...is there such a thing??

A plug would mean he's useful in filling holes.
A turnover machine is what he really is.

Because we all know that sending better players to the Manitoba Moose to make them competitive is definately BAD for developing prospects.
It must be a fact that a losing team culture is good for anyone's development

Agreed, and yes CH was defensively brutal on more than a couple occasions.
