Keep in mind that it's Staffan Kronvall. He'll either be playing in Abbotsford or sitting in the press box all year. The cap hit will be the lowest possible if he does stay in the NHL.

Why on Earth would Staffan Kronwall make him feel the heat? He won't even see time with the Flames unless there are injuries. I realize you kids want to see some action, but making moves for the sake of making moves will only hurt our team. Patience is a virtue.

But by not doing anything gillis misses out on the players that could have made the team better and then we are left with not much at all while every other team in the NW division gets better except maybe Colorado
