this is a guy the canucks should really look at. he's a puck moving defenceman, like we all know we need. he can also put up points, and he's not that old either. he is due for a big raise from last season, so maybe we could offer him $2.75M.

sedin (6.1) - sedin (6.1) - burrows (2)
demitra (4) - kesler (1.75) - samuelsson (2.5)
bernier (2) - hodgson (1.75) - raymond (0.883)
hordichuk (0.775) - johnson (1.1) - rypien (0.550)

mitchell (3.5) - salo (3.5)
edler (3.25) - seidenberg (2.75)
bieksa (3.75) - ______ (most likely o'brien - 1.25)

luongo (6.5)
_______ (0.7)

cap hit = 54.708

this leaves us with some room for call-ups and potential trades.

He's out there still.

if given the chance to play the wing the entire season with the sedins you'll see burrows with 40 goals.

Not sure what all the man love for Seidenberg is about.

He was -9 last season and -5 in the playoffs.

He's a career -28.

Besides last year, his point totals haven't been that great. His last good season point-wise was 2004 - in the AHL.

Edler point prediction: 12 goals, 33 assists and 45 points / Edler point counter: 0 goals, 7 assists and 7 points.

Yep, I think Seidenberg is more like one year wonder. I watched Carolina playoff game, he is not that good. I would consider signing Zanon instead

I would have loved to have signed Zanon.

However, the Wild scooped him up first.

Edler point prediction: 12 goals, 33 assists and 45 points / Edler point counter: 0 goals, 7 assists and 7 points.
