I think Schneider for Shattenkirk is kind of balanced.

Once you throw in a 4th rounder for Elliot though, I don't think so.

I'm also not into the Nick Boynton signing.

Schneier for Shattenkirk, I like though.

Edler point prediction: 12 goals, 33 assists and 45 points / Edler point counter: 0 goals, 7 assists and 7 points.

You'd need to up the ante to get Elliott, a 4th won't cut it. I'd love to get Elliott, I wanted MG to take him in the 2nd round but the Avs snagged him a couple picks before us.

Do the St.Louis Blues have any goalies coming from the system? If not, they have some good young players we can trade for.

Even though i'd prefer it, i don't think trading Elliot and Shattenkirk would go down with Colorado. I'd take away the 4th and Elliot, and replace it with hansen(no place on the team anymore) for Chris Stewart. I think he has Bertuzzi-like potential, and would make an awesome power forward on a line with Hodgson and Schroeder in the future.

Stl. has some goalie prospects, but none on par with Schneider. Would Pietrangelo or Johnson be way to much to ask for? that would be sweet.

Good effort but its overpayment.

Even Schneider and Grabner for Kaberle is overpayment IMHO but I got high hopes for them both
