Your goalie position might need some tuning up.

An old, veteran goalie in Detroit and an unproven regular season goalie in Varlamov.

Not to say that they are bad, but if you could get your hands on a Cam Ward or Ryan Miller, then your goalie position will be greatly solidified.

ya I didnt know if varlamov is a sure starter or not so kinda risky, theres a lot of goalies still left to add

1. Yes. As sad as it is.. Theodore will probably faulter.

2. Drop Elias and Kessel.. if you're patient enough, keep Krejci and Hossa. If not, drop Krejci. Hossa's not out long enough for it to be devastating and when he's in Chicago's lineup, he'll be playing with Kane and Toews.. which will be sick.

3. How many players are you dropping/keeping? Who's on the free agent list?

Kovalchuk's 3 years younger, and will be more productive. What's the goalie points format? If you're worried about goaltending for the future, take the trade. If you have a replacement plan in place, then I wouldn't do that.

Setoguchi. They're all quite close in production, and Setoguchi's real young. He can improve even more. Franzen's done improving at the age of 30.

Hey peeps. Quick question...who should I choose: Brian Gionta or David Booth?

Booth will probably score more goals, but Gionta is playing on a new MTL team with seemingly more offensively minded teammates.

I'm using the Sportingnews Fantasy pool system.

Easy. David Booth. There's no garuntee that Gionta plays with Gomez and Cammalleri.. and if there is, it's your best bet to go against that.. it's a very small line.
