Offense could use some work. But your goalie position is STRONGG. As is your D and Bench. How about my question? Who are the two best for my pool? they will start. Hunwick Enstrom Niskanen Yandle Doughty Blake Quincey Zybnek Michalek Kris Russell Thanks, I really tried to work on the back end more, as it's usually more consistent goalie-wise and +/-. For your D, It really depends on the matchups and also your league's scoring system. Go with defensemen who's teams aren't going to get blown out in their matchups if +/- is a factor. Personally, I'd go with Doughty and Yandle. But it really depends on your scoring system.

I need ONE guy. Bergeron is injured. Dubinsky hasn't signed so he may be distracted by that. Tuomo Ruutu isn't that good. I would go with Wolski but Saku Koivu could be pretty good too. I took enstrom. Niskanen's production is dropping off since Zubov left. Ok.
VanNuck
I just did a Fantasy Draft for the first time, and I'd like to share some thoughts/ideas: Centers: LW: RW: Henrik Sedin Ryan Smyth* Joffery Lupul* Ryan Kesler Alex Tanguay Ryan Callahan Defense: Goal: Reserve: Niklas Lidstrom Roberto Luongo Scott Gomez** Alex Edler Jon Quick^ Mark Streit Zdeno Chara Jay Bowmeester** Denis Wideman Keith Tkatchuk * Pending trade for Daniel Sedin ** Pending trade for Vince LeCavelier and Shane O'Brien ^Propose to waive in favour of Josh Harding So far, I think this team is particularly stacked for defense and goaltending, but lacking on offense, which I hope to address via trade. But how does this lineup look?

JE14
It depends on the points but I think Koivu being the #1center and ditto for Kopitar whoever gets Koivu and Kopitar wins
AmazingNuck
Who wins here? Joe Thornton for Mikko Koivu and Kopitar I guess it depends on the makeups of the teams. Personally, I prefer quality over quantity. Also, I ended up dropping Stastny for Stafford.. in yahoo's pool, I decided to go with a 3C, 6W, 6D, 3G makeup, with my two main centers (Backstrom/Crosby), four main wingers (Doan, Heatley, Setoguchi, and Perry), and two main goalies (Thomas and Fleury) getting priority starts over my utility/bench players (M. Koivu, Stafford and Boyes, and Varlamov). As for my defense, there's a lot of wildcards.. Wideman and Gonchar will get priority starts for the defense.. but which two would you guys give priority starts between Niskanen, E. Johnson, Suter, and Bogosian? AmazingNuck
One last question guys.. Tuomo Ruutu Dubinsky Wolski Laich Saku Koivu Matt Stajan Recchi Patrice Bergeron My choices are bolded. I need ONE guy. I would have to say Ruutu. Solid for 50p.. Koivu re-uniting with Selanne may spark a fire under him if you want to go for the riskier pick. Recchi's age is scary.. I steered away from him myself. Bergeron is the biggest boom/bust on the list, and Wolski.. just stay away from him. Bad team, inconsistent.. even though the lure seems extremely good. Dubinsky.. possibly. Matt Stajan doesn't have that much support but will be relied upon to produce offensively, so he could be a possibility. My ranks: Ruutu, Dubinsky, Koivu, Stajan, Laich, Recchi, Bergeron, Wolski.
