The 'Canes do it, that's the problem I have with it.

We take the Wild's goal song last year, now this year we take the "Woo" from the 'Canes.

I love it, even though it's not our original idea. It adds more atmosphere to the game.

I don't mind it as much as I mind the 'Oilers Suck' chants. Too many Canucks 'fans' get more pleasure out of cheering against the other team than they do cheering for the Canucks. Go Canucks go.

This gets brought up a lot but I really don't see the big issue. Who cares? It adds atmosphere to the game. Ever seen a Philly or Montreal game? That's why those fans are known to be some of the rowdiest in the NHL. It's apart of the game. Those fans are just having fun, nothing wrong with it. Yeah I love when the crowd chants "Go Canucks Go" more but in a game like today I think the "Oiler Suck" chants were justified.

I just don't understand why Canuck fans are more inclined to cheer against the opposing team, rather than for our home team. It's fine to cheer against a team, I'm not going to tell fans what they can and can't cheer. It's just that I don't understand why cheering against the other team has become more popular than cheering for the Canucks. Cheering for the Canucks might not only bring the atmosphere of the building up, but also potentially energize the players.

The Bruins have been doing it for a few years now.
The Canucks took the 'We are all Canucks' from the Islanders too.
I wish the Canucks organization can actually come up with something original (we fans get bitter when other teams steal the towel power thing) that's not an obvious rip off.
