It seems you were the only one who was fooled, even if only for a short while, that I seem confident and secure. Everyone knows I'm really just a scared, hurting, lonely man who so desperately needs to be loved and accepted. They've come to understand my sarcasm is just a not-so-clever coverup, and they've learned to accept me as I am. I only wish you could do the same.
