The Canucks would be better off playing 5 defencemen every night than having Bieksa in the line-up. I'm not even kidding... His posting habits proved that. wallstreeamnigo actually created reasons...which were good, if they had any root in the reality of today's NHL. Basically he was well written...but would never relent in the face of being absolutely proven wrong...and was prone to conspiracy theories and overintellectualize the simplest of matters. Imagine how I felt after I spent the entire summer '09 defending the Sedins to people who said they would never be first line players, and the like? I remember diamonddog was the worst. Aww....i'm kinda sad that I missed that Sedin thread. I haven't seen him in ages, but then again, he does have a newborn, so maybe he's got his hands full. I think you are going to have an even better playoffs than last year and will be a big reason this team kicks some Stanley rear end. Luo needs all the help he can get and Gillis is going to make sure Kevin and the Hoff stick it out for this year to save Gillis' legacy (Luongo lover). In the offseason,with cup rings the Hoffster or Bieksa can go and command all the cash they want -if their hearts are not in Vancouver. So,we get to see just whom is who come next July.
