Captain Bob
After tonight's performance, Geroy has moved into 3rd place all time ! He's had 2 consecutive games below average. I'm thinking with Bruce in the picture that may be the case for the rest of the season.
Canuck_4_Life
Tonight established Arland Bruce as a viable threat. Kierrie Johnson, before leaving with an injury, also seems to be a threat. Akeem Foster showed what he can do with his TD catch and run. All these things add up to less pressure, and hopefully more 1-on-1 coverage for Geroy. Ryan Kesler's Snipe
i forget, is it for the entire CFL for most rushing yards all-time or just Lions' all-time?

Captain Bob
47 yards last night. 3 straight games under average. I'm thinking he won't get it this season.
Pure Class
605 yards to go with 8 games left with arland in the lineup and gore/foster stepping up the last few games its going to open up some holes for geroy...he'll get there
Captain Bob
Only 34 yards last night, but I;m not going to complain because we beat Calgary. I'll take the win over Geroy's record any day.
-DLC-
Geroy's got that fire in his eye...was hard to see the team struggle knowing that he puts his all into every game. Glad they're turning things around and he's inching closer....always on "Geroy watch". Love that the team has some versatility and the "focus" isn't just on Geroy, allowing him more space to do his thing. (Interesting...he now needs to average about 81 yards per game to make it)
Russ
Geroy has the big play ability and I could see him hitting the record. With how Gore/Bruce are playing so well, it'll only be 1 play where Geroy will get a 60+ yard play and help him push that record even closer. Hell he almost had a 30+ yarder yesterday in the second but just barely couldn't hold onto it.
-DLC-
571 yards to go to beat the record. 475 to go. Great game by Geroy today....96 yards. (79 yards/game to do this....)
Captain Bob
6 games left, 4 at home. I would love to see it happen here. It would be great if it happened in the last game of the season vs Montreal. AC will likely have the record for passing yards by then but if not it would be amazing to see both of them get the respective milestones that game. Captain Bob
269 to go. IF he does it this year it will be vs Montreal in the closer. Would be nice to see him do it against Calvillo since Calvillo is the king of passing.
M N B
I saw that he would have passed Allen (my pits reek) Pitts last game but Reid got flagged on an 8 yard completion. I guess Angus owes him an AYCE at Memphis Blues for that...
*PrimeTime*
At this point I don't think there is anyway he won't break it in the next 3 games, they will do everything they can to get it done this season, especially when we wrap up the home playoff spot and the bye :D
Canuck_4_Life
He needs one big game, and if you go by the page on the Lions website, his best games are against Sask, Edm, Cgy and Montreal. The good news is that 2 of the last 3 games are against Edmonton and Montreal, assuming BC Place employees don't walk off the job.

I guess Angus owes him an AYCE at Memphis Blues for that... Angus owes him nothing. I'm pretty sure Lulay would have been sacked in the play had be not held. Besides, how many of Geroy's yards are thanks to a key Reid block?
