I knew this would usually be the type of material that you IBT(censored) guys DREAM of, but really, if you think about it with an unbiased viewpoint, I am providing some new substance and basically opening a discussion on my opinion of the series. I consider myself somewhat of a reliable source, due to my knowledge of hockey and the NHL, with the Vancouver Canucks in particular being a central area of my field of knowledge. So without further ado.
This team has what I like to have - Balance, patience, and skill. They seem to have been on an even keel all year long, and despite a major bump in the road in round One, the good guys finally persevered. Now, in what looks to be a REAL LIVELY AND EXCITING SERIES vs the Nashville Predasnores, one has to ask oneself; Does Nashville have the firepower to defeat Vancouver in a 7 game (or less) playoff series?
With Vancouver's reputable stingy Defense, Luongo seeming to gain confidence by the save, and Corey Schneider SUPPOSEDLY healthy? in case disaster strikes... Sedins BOUND to start scoring again soon (Come on now. Ask yourself seriously. Just do it, come on.) Is there any way that Nashville can topple us?
This less than humble Canuck fan says no.
What do you think? Please add why and my specific area of focus would be the teams mismatch on OFFENSE!!!
