Its not really a mode, from what I know
Its just a legends team that you can play as
But apparently some modern day players are on it (Like the Sedins)

I guess thats the bid announcement and will be revealed on the 11th

they could have made something else the big announcement and it would have been better... :bored:

they should really just not have a big announcement because they are really shooting themselves in the foot every year. all the hype and its always underwhelming.

In Be a Gm Id like to see the ability to renegotiate contracts mid season, but have to option for the player to say he doesn't want to until the end of the season

For BAP I'd live for you to be able to turn down contracts and negotiate, file for arbitration or even sign an Rfa sheet

There is a Legends mode where you be one of the legends from the past and see how he pars up to the hockey game of today. Which....won't be any different....since you are the one controlling him and the game is all about stats anyways.

If this is the big announcement, then shame on you EA. When I was at the playtest and saw this it didn't seem like a big announcement at all...just some sort of little add on. It's not that hard for them to make a team of legends, I could have done that myself.

They're probably just tossing out 'false' info to keep us thinking.

Knowing EA they are just trying to pump up their game without actually changing much

Hey all, to keep this thread from getting locked, I will attempt to be discreet with what I am asking so the younger posters who may stumble across this thread back out of it not sure what to think.

So I am going camping with my girlfriend and a couple friends in a few days. Now, I know my girlfriend will want to play on the playground quite a few times each day, and we are going for 3 days. However, we will be drinking liquor during these three days, and it might make it hard for myself to play on the playground. That's not the worry though, the worry is, how do I stay on the playground for a respectable amount of time? I've heard from some male friends that liquor makes it easier to stay on the playground longer, but getting to the playground may come sooner than expected. So what are some things I can do to make sure that be-fore playing and the actual playing on the playground doesn't end too soon?

so EA is just adding another useless game mode... :picard:

i can see how it would interest some to see gretzky, who's playing weight was like 165-175 lbs, play against the players of today... but you cant base a whole game mode off of that. so frustrating.

Is this "Legends" thing a mode, or a team?

If it's just a team and I can be it for shootouts, and against my friends, that's cool. But is NOT a big announcement. If it's a mode then it's just a 30-minute-then-never-play-again-mode
