I'm looking every where and can't find any news Jensen is playing tonight.
Anyone know?

@Chicago_Wolves - they usually tweet out line up changes just before game time.

It's up to the coach. But Jensen said he was ready to play, and he has been added to the roster.

After last nights loss, I don't see why they wouldn't put him in. My guess is he he'll draw in for Rodin.

Oh, and it looks like he'll continue his tribute to Hansen and wear #36.

Jason Shaver (the play-by-play for the Wolves) said that it hasn't been 'decided' if Jensen will play tonight as he returned to Chicago last night.

Well, I , I feel very good about this draft, but I, I think, potentially you know were gonna have 3 or 4 NHL players out of this group, ummmm, you know like we are not going to prejudice to were they are from.

rodin sure has had a tough few years, but with his horrible shoulder injury you have to give the kid a few years here to get back to normal.

Hopefully Nick is playing tonight.

I'm still a fan of rodin. injuries have been pretty brutal for him but there is so much talent there. after taking that awkward hit last night i think it would be best he was scratched for jensen tonight.

I've always said, Rodin has the skill to at least be an effective checker in the NHL.

What has been the deterrent for him has been his inability to get stronger and bulk up. His tendonitis in his shoulder has been a major cause of this, and has probably set him back a couple years. Couple good summers of training though, and he could be in the NHL someday.

I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do with the Wolves. I'm expecting he'll do well in the AHL.

Perhaps, but it may not be with us. Still wonder if they plan on signing him?

Anyway, good to see Jensen finally back in NA. Didn't look out of place and made sure to back-check hard, showed some good stick-handling as well but didn't get any PP time. Should hopefully get some time tomorrow.

Sure did. This is when the shoulder problems seemed to start if I recall. He added some muscle for sure, but was very small to begin with, it was a step, but only a step, in the right direction.

I think he could follow in Hansen's footsteps and be a solid checking forward one day, but he'll need to approach 200 lbs first.

Nicklas currently weighs 203 lbs (the same as Hansen was listed on his Finnish teams site), per AIK's website. He weighed 205 at the training camp this summer so he lost a couple pounds over the season, but for some ridiculous reason, all these websites refuse to update and list him as 186. He's a bulky guy, he'll probably max out around 210-215.

Another pretty uneventful night for him. He played with Pinizzotto and Kattelus. Had one shot on goal.

To be fair to Jensen though, he just arrived on Friday. He's probably still getting used to the time zone. Hasn't had a practice with the team. And he's been playing European hockey all season.

Now he gets two days off before they have a tough test on Wednesday against the Griffins. I would hope he gets put on one of the top two lines and gets some powerplay time in that game.

So awesome that he does that. Has to make Hansen feel pretty damn good about his accomplishments.

I'm willing to bet he will have an increased roll on wednesday. He was a boring hockey player the last two games, could be from adjustment or to show arniel he isn't going to make big mistakes. I'm fine with his first two games, he's too talented for the offense to not come soon. The griffins will be a good test against other good prospects.

Also, is his number choice for jannik hansen? i guess i hadn't heard that.

To be fair though, that was a soft goal on Climie's part. He should have had that.

I don't know how many times I've said that this season. Climie seems to let in softies at bad times alot. And yet Cannata sits on the bench even though he's been nothing but solid in his starts. I think Climie had a Wolves record 13 straight starts or something.

Ya Climie is starting every game... I don't think Cannata has had an AHL start since the lockout ended. I mean he was sent down to the ECHL for a couple starts but Climie has play all of February and March.

It's not the Wolves though, it's Arniel specifically who's choosing to play him so much. The guy who the Canucks hired.

He was good for the Canucks last time around but this time he's been making awful decisions. Get rid of him.
