Millerdraft
As I said, those sites and the reporters that use the Q site are flat out wrong, especially when people/scouts have two eyes to see that he plays center. Not intending to be rude, but you cherry picked quotes that say he was flying up the wing (same could be said about Kesler at times) and a video that is a shootout goal claiming it to show he plays wing and center. And using both to prove your point plus you read it in the local paper? The Q site is notoriously incorrect for positions and players (It had steven anthony playing last week when he wasn't even there!); but still reporters use it as a quick reference. You quoted metro news, possibly the best blog source for Moosehead news and didn't even glance at the lineups Matt Wuest posts before every game? Line up for the last game with Frk being scratched. Grenier was playing with "behind the net"? http://www.behindthenet.ca/about.php Isn't that a little too overage for an "overager"?

komodo1970
<br />He will play for the Halifax Mooseheads next year, which is where another one of our prospects play [sawyer Hannay]. From the looks of it, he had a pretty good playoffs. I just wonder if he's a good skater or not.<br /><br /><br /><br /> I think thats the Knock on him. He does nt have fast feet. But his size more than makes up for it. I was watching some of his hilites. He bulls over people.

komodo1970
Grenier is a solid, big pressance. A future power forward with punch. I love it. I gotta say, the future is lookin great for the Canucks. MGs done an awesome job of maintaining the present Canucks and is picking solid youth for the future. Canvoucer Vanuck
http://lhjmq.leagues...eason=&confId=0 Looks like he's either on 2nd line RW or 3rd line RW. I see. I was hoping he'd get a chance to play with MacKinnon. Even though this is his overage year, it's still just his first full year in the Q. Canvoucer Vanuck
Even more encouraging is that Grenier was on the ice with MacKinnon when either he or MacKinnon scored. I'd love to see those 2 play on the same line more. Both Grenier's goals were assisted by him too.
Millerdraft
Grenier with a powerplay goal (Grenier looks like he's a fixture on the 1st PP unit with MacKinnon, I think) last night in a wild one against Blainville. BLB had a 4-0 lead in the second until Halifax responded with 7 unanswered goals. http://lhjmq.leaguestat.com/en/stats/game-summary.php?game_id=912 Grenier now has 5g 5a for 10pts & a +3 in 11gp. BureisBest
Grenier is the feature story on the front of the Q home page right now after another 2 goal game last night vs. Val-D'or. Opened the scoring and then sniped the winner in the 3rd. AG now has 5 G in his last 3 games, including 2 GWG. Year-to-date - 12 GP, 7 G, 5 A, 12 P, + 3 On pace - 68 GP, 40 G, 28 A, 68 P, + 17 Seems like all of our early round draft picks are streaky players (Jensen, Honzik, Grenier) Moose Keep Rolling in Val-d'Or -www.halifaxmooseheads.ca A young Mooseheads team is learning how to win and they seem to like the taste of it. The Herd rolled in to Val-d'Or Friday night looking to win game 1 of a two game set against the Foreurs. The Herd did just that, squeeking out a narrow 3-2 victory to give them 8 wins in their last 9 games. Alex Grenier continued his hot streak adding 2 goals, which gives him 6 in his last 5 games. Grenier now has 7 goals in 12 games this season. Brad Cuzner scored the other goal for the Moose, his 4th of the season. Rookie Zach Fucale had another strong game making 33 saves and earning 3rd star honors. Fucale is now 6-1 on the season in goal for the Moose. The Herd will be back at it tomorrow night against Val-d'Or again. Puck drops at 8pm Atlantic time. Join John Moore on News 95.7 for the call. The Mooseheads next home game is next Friday, November 4th when they host the Moncton Wildcats on DND Appreciation Night at 7pm. The Herd will wear special NAVY jerseys to raise funds for QEII Foundation Camp Hill Memorial Garden. DND Members and their families will receive a discounted ticket to this game at the PSP Kiosk at Stadacona. Dri-fit NAVY Mooseheads t-shirts will also be for sale at Antlers with proceeds going to the cause. Their will be a special pre-game ceremony held before the game to honor the men and women of Canadian Forces Base Halifax. http://en.lhjmq.qc.ca/article/herd-keep-rolling-in-val-d-or/107818

Kent.S
Fucale is going to be a dominate goaltender. I can't wait to see where he ends up. Hopefully not in the west :s He went 11th overall in the OHL draft.
