arby18_
Ah ha! Now I see why I couldn`t convince Alex to stay on for longer... He looks more at home in a 1st line position. Even though I wanted him, great signing!

McLean: Lord of the Pucks.
I had to pick "awful" in the Jets jersey poll. Another real dark jersey with boring accent colours. When will the NHL learn. They should've at least kept the old colours. I'm not a fan of getting the concept from basically transforming the RCAF flag into a jersey. Keep it old school. For me its all about the colours first, then design the logo. This jersey is another reminder of some other similiar boring ones. Blah! What do you guys think of these other new jerseys for this upcoming season? Apparently there are 11 new jerseys. This is what I could find. The Sens, Penguin, Thrashers, Leafs ans Islanders will also have new Altenates. And apparently the Islanders will be mostly black.

Brunners
I know white is a league mandated away thing, but it still frustrates me that there's so much Blue and Black around elsewhere. I like the Florida and Nashville jerseys because they stand out (Nashvilles new one is probably my favourite in the NHL) Also, these are some other new jerseys (you listed the teams) The Islanders new alternate will look like this: The Senators new jersey will look like this: Penguins new jersey: The leafs new jersey will be this: Source : Icethetics

arby18_
I love the new Winnipeg Jets jersey, but I wouldn't have minded it if they added some red trim like their old ones. Going with the double-blue may be considered boring but I love it, especially since I think those other 3 double-blue jerseys are all defunct. The only jerseys I like in that new list are Nashville and Edmonton. The Lightning ones are so boring. The Islanders one is an embarrassment. The Penguins going to baby-blue from their old black and gold makes me angry. The Senators? Brutal. The Kings going away from Purple? Stupid. And unfortunately for the Panthers, I don't like their red ones either but at least they are somewhat different.

Brunners
Agreed! Nashville has a nice jersey. In my top 5 for sure. They finally pulled it off with the right colour yellow and its perportions. That Islanders jersey has a Mets look to it. Alot of black...not sure about that one. Aixtek
WigilyLeaks Update: Internal budget memos leaked to Wigilyleaks report the Blue Jackets have spent nearly 55 million dollars in total on their new exclusive hockey facility in Cuba, which seems to be just as much a resort as a state-of-the-art mega-plex hockey center. Nearly 25 million was spent on a hotel on the beach, with three pools, a gym, sports courts and a spa intended to woe potential new players and house the minor league team. 10 million was spent on a state-of-art medical and training facility, with noteable specialists and professionals from around Europue being hired. Also notable was 8 million dollars budgeted for 4 hockey arenas in 2 seperate bio-dome complexs with air conditioners running off solar power and Cubans running on tread mills. But the crowning glory of this new super hockey complex is the private airport, runway, hanger and control tower (the control tower being on top of the hotel) for a whopping 5 million dollars. Public records reveal some discrepancies with the budget CBJ submitted with the league, which is as follows: $8M Training/Medical $0 Legal $15M Player Development $12M Player Relations When questioned about this, GM Aixtek had this to say - "No comment. I don't sign the checks, thats way above my paid grade. No comment" Sources confirm that all money was paid in Russian currency; bribes and money laundering are thought likely responsible for a good portion of the discrepancies. canuck2xtreme
You can just put it here in the thread, and we normally bold the word WAIVERS so it`s easy for Curt to see. After the time elapses, C2X will post who`s team has received the player, and often let them know that have a certain amount of time to make room on their roster (24 or 48 hours... I forget).
