Very pleased to put November behind us... it was a dismal month of injuries and poor performance. Towards the end of the month we saw some efforts towards improvement, and we are expecting most of our injured player to return to the ice in the coming weeks. December will be a month we strive to excel in.

Rumour has it that Greensman has been communicating with one particular team for some time, and that he is making efforts to bring in some fresh offensive blood to top up the roster. In the coming days he has made it clear that he will aggressively be making steps to fill the roster.

Within the next couple hours he is expected to make some sort of move or announcement, inside sources have indicated.

Congrats Wilb - your squad has had a great night and you have surpassed San Jose after weeks of chasing and closing the gap. How about Nikita Nikitin, goal and 2 assists, fantastic for a Dman.

In other news, San Jose has made overtures to former North Star first round pick Brad Palmer to join the club as an assistant coach. Brad brings some west coast hockey know how and a whole lot of obscure Duncan reference to the table. Mr. Palmer was unavailable for comment. ;)

I think its really interesting that Buffaslug has Luongo, The Peg has Cory Schneider...the difference between their standings is 18 points... LESS THAN one winning game swung to the other goalie. Like, if Schneids started one less and Lu started one more of Vancouvers wins, there in lay the change in the lead. Tight eh?
