Sharpshooter
I will be unavailable for the home opener and we probably wouldn't be able to get enough tickets together for that anyway. I'll be working like I do most home games. If I don't work one I want to make sure I have tickets in hand. Also, consider that Oct 1 would be the last preseason game and would have pretty full line-ups that would include some good young players, RNH, Hall, Eberle, Hodgson. It'll be a pretty good game. Champions of Nothing
I'd be down, but living on the Island makes it a little tough. Plus I'm really an 89 year old, 500-pound woman.

canuck2xtreme
You certainly have a good point there, i'll give you that. EOTM, think you could make it down from your god-forsaken neck of the woods? Edit - Stop changing your mind Bar is fine too....but if people wanted to come from out of town...it would be worthwhile to at least catch a game while here, i'd think. Anyways...plenty of time to mull it over. ^^^ This. It's an 8 hour drive for me, taking time off work etc. If I'm doing that, I'm gonna wanna go to a game live. And Oct. 1st likely won't work for me.
