Malkin Cookies
I think United need to get better defenders in the January transfer window to be able to play 3-4-3 which would allow them to play RVP-Rooney-Falcao up front.

Mr. Ambien
Great two goals in the Liverpool/Basel match, even better finish, but Liverpool still eliminated.
GLASSJAW
Falcao says he is 100% fit but LVG says he isn't fit enough to start yet I remember reading an article a few weeks back saying that he wasn't showing a whole lot of motivation or something. Wasn't fitting in? Don't remember the source or if it was just gossip, but the tone had him as an odd man out

I R Baboon
United should never play 3 at the back again. Just go back to the diamond in midfield so Di Maria isnt playing out wide. De Gea Shaw Rojo Smalling Rafael Carrick Herrera Di Maria Rooney Falcao Van Persie I would like to see this from LVG when everyone is healthy Edited December 10, 2014 by I R Baboon

Tom Sestito
City pull through Juve, Basil, Shakhtar, Leverkusen or PSG for chelsea Hoping it's Shakhtar or Leverkusen Four most likely matchups - Monaco/Schalke, Bayern/Arsenal, Chelsea/Leverkusen, Borussia/City. otherwise
Zabaleta 2 goals in 3 games! Great game, good ref. What a day for City!!!!! No Yaya, Kompany, Aguero... Silva for only 20 some mins.

otherwise
Would pellegrini have been let go had they not pulled through? I don't think so, if the team hadn't turned it around in PL, then I think there would've been a higher chance. There is an expectation of winning at least one trophy every season, so we'll see how everything shakes down in May.

Tom Sestito
I was looking ahead at the Chelsea schedule. Other than the upcoming Southampton and City back to back, the rest of the schedule is easy until late April. April 18th, United April 25th, Arsenal May 2nd, Palace May 9th, Scousers Not only do we have those three teams, this is coupled with the quarter-finals of the champions league on the 14/15th and 21st/22nd. Following that, the semi-finals are on May 5th/6th, and the 12th/13th - surrounding the Liverpool game. I'm worried as fuck. but I'm panicking early because well shit. Amish Rake Fighter
Southampton just missed a penalty kick and then let in a(nother) 3 Stooges goal at the other end. Edited December 13, 2014 by Amish Rake Fighter
otherwise
Bit of a messy win today, really happy we have Lampard to help get some goals, with our current lack of strikers.
Tom Sestito
Lampard would have helped us today Without fabregas.. we need to change the formation and play two up top

87Crosby
I woke up at 5;30 to see Liverpool vs de Gea. Was not disappointed. Rooney with a beutiful strike, Mata with an offside goal and van Persie finishing them off. United need to sign de Gea quickly before he becomes a galactico signing. Having Jones fit was great as he is the best centerback at united IMO. we are just one commanding centerback (Hummels) and right back (Clyne) away to be title contenders. spook007
Not impressed with the refing today, I'll take the result though. James Milner had a hell of a game. Mangala played great for his debut. Thanks Frank. Where did all the utd supporters go? Still here
