GLASSJAW
in so many of these videos you can see people typing/blogging away on their macbook pros and iphones. it's absolutely ridiculous. it's fashionable protesting without any discernable objective having michael moore there is also rich, as his earnings from last year alone probably match the collective wealth of the protest group

Navyblue
I agree about michael moore, but as far as wearing levis and typing on apples.... Kinda reminds me of the electric car. It was ready to go, widely used in trials, liked and loved, and then killed off by guess who? Watch the death of the electric car if you want tye answer. I think that is what it is called, on phone. Will link later. You want to talk about regulation? small businesses with the mission of sustainable production etc fair wages are rrgulated and taxed higher than those who have the money to hire corporate lawyers to take advantage of tax loopholes. ronthecivil
I find it hilarious that a lot of these protestors and supporters of these protestors support Ron Paul, who wants a huge reduction in taxation and regulation of industries.

Johnny Debt
Iphones are just as affordable as other cell phones on the market. I don't see any relevance. For many people their cell phone is their only phone.
Electro Rock
The bankers have just as much clout on the socialist Left as on the big business Right, see the false Cold War for example. I think the idea is to actually *encourage* socialism among the common folk, by which the elite will further their grip on society, while making the poor majority feel included. aGENT
It's about them complaining about how bad businesses and corporations are, even though their entire lifestyle is based on products and services which those same companies provide for them. Plus, if they really want to be protesters and revolutionaries, put your money where your mouth is. If you hate Starbucks, Nike, Apple, Telus and Ford.... don't drive your little Ford Focus, while sporting the latest Nike runners, then heading down to the nearest Starbucks for a 5 dollars venti coffee to sit and chat with your friends meanwhile tweeting and surfing the internet with your iPhone from Telus to plan your next "big move" in your "proletariat struggles" with your wannabe socialist/communist friends. DonLever
Michael Moore does get around dosn't he? He is so good at promoting himself. He is a hyprocrite though, he attacks capitalism, yet he benefits from capitalism by making money off his books and movies. I wonder how much he makes and if he is a multi-millionare.
