Preferred Team #1: Florida Panthers Preferred Team #2: Dallas Stars If you were hired for Preferred Team #1, what are your realistic goals for the team in the coming 2-3 seasons: My goals would be to be a contender in the southeast division and ultimately be a playoff contender, I know the panthers are looking fairly good this season with all the young talent. I would look to bring in some vets possibly to get in the mix and all together become a powerhouse playoff team and a very great looking contender for the cup .
