I wonder if Mason will come back with a greater sense of appreciation for his career in the NHL and I am curious if it will show in his game on the ice.
He is a great player, top class skill and top class speed and I am thrilled beyond beliefe to hear he is taking contact (and that he can even still play!!). It sounds like a full recovery is expected and that is amazing for him and his family and friends.
I hope he recovers 150% and uses this experience to motivate him to excel with this 'second chance' at hockey.
I know there are tons on threads on him right now, and if this is deemed not worthy of a new one then lock it or delete it whatever.
I am just curious to see if anyone else thinks that this experience/recovery will help Raymond come back a stronger, more mature, more motivated player?
what do you guys think?
