Niloc009 Posted March 1, 2012 Share Posted March 1, 2012 NEW TRADE RULE In leiu of the multiple rejected deals due to previously traded draft picks, 8 have been found so far, *VC* and I have created a new rule. From now on, (does not include the two trades posted in thread as they have been resolved already) any trade that includes a draft pick that that GM doesn't have, the next best pick that GM has is given in stead of the rejected pick. Example: New Jersey and San Jose make a trade. To San Jose: Adam Henrique To New Jersey: 2014 SJS 3rd Upon further examination, San Jose does not have their 2014 3rd or their 2014 2nd. The trade becomes: To San Jose: Adam Henrique To New Jersey: SJS 2014 1st Hypothetically, San Jose does not have their 2014 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. The trade becomes: To San Jose: Adam Henrique To New Jersey: SJS 2013 3rd Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have a list of every team's picks on my laptop so I can find out if the trade works at a glance. This process of trying to find all the incorrect deals is so time consuming it'd be easier if it just went through me before more mistakes happen. I infact gave a 1st in a deal when the other GM only wanted a 2nd, but I wasn't sure if I had it. I'm trying to do my part to keep this league going great. Btw thanks to all, Vc, ari, chimon, etc for all the work you guys have put in, you aswell Niloc moving forward. That must have been a b!tch to go through all those deals.
