susraiders
Are teams allowed to trade with the teams that have "substitute" GM's? I think I read statements that were contradictory. I just want to clear things up.

Niloc009
Tampa Bay places G Mathieu Garon [82] on waivers. The 35 year old Garon, who slotted into 9 games, finished last year with a 0.909 SV% and a 2.63 GAA. He has one year remaining on a contract that pays him $1.3M. @*VC*, if he is unclaimed, please play him as the BACKUP in Norfolk, I don't want him taking up valuable playing time from the young Jaroslav Janus. susraiders
I have a question regarding waivers. If a team claims a player, will said player be sent to their farm team like in NHL 12 or are they sent to the NHL like in real life?

Niloc009
If he's being placed on regular waivers and is claimed, he goes to your NHL team If he's being placed on re-entry waivers and is claimed, he goes to your NHL team, with the cap hit being split in half between the waive-er and the claimer. At least that's how the regular NHL works. Not sure how VC is doing it though.

Niloc009
New Tampa Bay Defense Corps Ference [82DFD] - Letang [86TWD] Meszaros [82TWD] - Greene [83DFD] Scuderi [81DFD] - Kubina [84TWD] Have a DFD on every pairing, and only Greene and Scuderi are not capable of putting up >35 points. Each D is on their proper side (RHDs on right, LHDs on left) as well. Hopefully this will give Bryzgalov enough defensive stability that he won't go on cold streaks like he did last year. Still looking to have an upgrade on my goaltending or my left handed defensemen. I have $4,177,778 in cap to play with, before acquiring a 3rd line centre. So I have some cap flexibility.
