I was like "Dafuq?" when I thought Cena won with that move.

Same thought, but I don't think they nailed that double pin like they wanted to either. I didn't think they were going to come back with that result.

Here's to another 300 days of non WWE championship main events

Straight up, that'd still be more interesting than seeing Cena with the title.

I guess that was an interesting way to end the match. I'm still pissed about the Sheamus-Del Rio result, however.

ending has me thinking there well be a re-match at HIAC. Pretty good PPV aside from the sheamus/del rio match.

That was the low spot of the PPV I would say. It was otherwise fairly good. Well I also didn't like the Ziggler Orton result, but the Sheamus Del Rio result just exacerbated the whole situation, as they are connected. And at least the Ziggler Orton match was otherwise great, whereas the Sheamus match was just a boring Sheamus match.

Cena did a German Suplex Pin, but his shoulders were apparently on the ground, as were punks. So they were supposedly both pinning each other, and the match ended in a draw. Punk Retained his title.

The whole thing is awkward to explain, lol.

What a stupid way to finish. Punk should have just won clean.

And why the faurk did Boreton beat Ziggler? Go film a movie, you snoozefest.

Jerry 'The King' Lawler Released From Hospital

Posted Image

MAJOR GOOD NEWS for Jerry "The King" Lawler ... the wrestling legend was just released from the hospital after suffering a heart attack last week ... TMZ has learned.

The WWE just released a statement to TMZ ... saying, "Jerry 'The King' Lawler has been released from a Montreal medical facility and will be heading home in the next several days."

The statement continues, "We continue to wish Jerry all the best, and we look forward to him returning to WWE in the future.”

As we previously reported, Lawler nearly died after suffering the heart attack on live TV during a taping of "Monday Night Raw."

No word on when ... or if ... he plans to return to the announcer's booth.

To end a PPV with a "Draw" is pretty weak. Especially when it's a finish that's been done before. It's like trying to repeat the Bret Hart/Lex Luger double elimination from the 94 Rumble...oh wait.

Amazingly on his first shift Kassian would have had a breakaway if Kesler knew how to pass. And he still got switched with Weiss. And note it is "Weiss" not "Wise".

So much for Kane resurrected. I was happy he came back with the mask and was hoping he would just be his old self.

I see a Mysterio/Sin Cara feud way down the road, looking forward to that.

I want the Prime Time Players to be tag champs already, I was relieved to see them on RAW tonight as I thought they might get lost in the mix.

ADR should be World Heavyweight Champion, they just need to drag crap on and on and on...

RAW really needs to go back to 2 hours, this is brutal.

- As "Miz TV" concluded on Raw, Ryback tossed furniture out of the ring, including the microphone into the crowd. A fan grabbed the object and began yelling "Goldberg! Goldberg!," with his remarks being heard throughout the arena. Ring crew members chased the fan down and took the microphone away. It is not known whether he was ejected from the event.

I'd say this is a good thing. Kane hasn't been this interesting or this over with the crowd in years.

No disrespect to Lawler but keep him out of the booth. The commentary last night and tonight is leagues ahead of what it's been in the past. The matches aren't being ignored, moves are being acknowledged, storylines are being advanced and Cole isn't putting himself over at the expense of the talent. Just plain refreshing.

i find the commentary is being carried by JBL. he's actually attempting to actually call the match at hand... No matter how irrelevant to the show it is... Take the Divas match for example... I mean who cares about Kaitlyn? Honestly? And he's calling Michael Cole paranoid over something like Kaitlyn getting attacked from behind because she wasn't supposed to win that battle royal a few weeks ago anyways... So WWE throws a curve ball over something no one cares about. But JBL is actually attempting to make something as boring as a divas match seem somewhat interesting

if that's true thats the highlight of the show right there. Even then, the crowd was so dead during that miz segment you could hear someone dropping some change up in the nosebleeds

It's too bad JBL is leaving for a short while after this. Their commentary was superb.

Lol.

On topic, Raw itself was pretty bad, which followed what I thought was a pretty good PPV on Sunday.
The thing that was good, like you have all said, was the commentary. JBL is just great. It's too bad that he won't be sticking around for more. I would loved to have heard it.
The mechanic between him as a heel and Cole as a face is great. He was the reason I tuned into the whole show, as much as it managed to drag on. He was doing his best to make everything out there interesting.

As much as it saddens me to see Kane always fall back into the way he always is, I can't believe in my life I've heard the line "I am the tag team champions" being yelled at between a tag team.

Hope these two hold the belts for a little bit then finally give the PTP's a shot with the straps.

Usually a diva would be getting implants before or during their stint with the company...oh well, would've been fun if this happened a year ago as it would've killed their switch-a-roo match tactic.

interesting, would love to see A.J. wrestle in a WWE again. Anyone think a Styles/Punk feud could be entertaining?

----------------------------------------------------

- At Sunday's Raw live event in Worcester, Massachusetts, WWE Champion CM Punk made an obscure reference to a TNA Wrestling talent.

The show opened with Punk and Raw General Manager AJ Lee discussing the night's main event since Punk's originally scheduled opponent, John Cena, was unable to appear due to injury. During the verbal exchange, Punk referred to Lee as "Allen Jones," the real name of AJ Styles.
