Raph
Too early to call Hodgson or Kassian a bust. Two young guys being traded trying to get comfortable with the environment. Only until a full training camp can we begin to judge. Meanwhile, the race in the East is getting interesting. Florida seems to be running away with the division and the #8 spot is up for grabs with Washington, Buffalo, and Winnipeg all playing great hockey. Snake Doctor
I herd his back issues are creeping up on him again. Mabey the Canucks actally did their due dilligence in this trade.
oldnews
one nice assist - one meh... a neutral zone pass... he still didn't manage a plus game despite a 7-3 result - looked quite bad in his own end again - giveaways and weak defensive play - I think at this point in his careeer Hodgson is a one-way role player who is a real asset with the puck on his stick in the offensive zone, but otherwise, still has a whole lot of work to do - for that reason, he was over-rated by Canucks fans who focused on his offensive highlight moments, (ie he is not a legitimate second line center yet) - the idea that he could put a team over the top was simply premature and borderline ridiculous - the idea that the Canucks Cup hopes were significantly effected when they traded him - likewise. Kassian and Pahlsson are anything but a step backwards...

js604
i'm more interested in this foligno guy.. 2 goals tonight He's around 6'3 like Kassian. Is he supposed to be a tough guy as well like Kassian?
LeanBeef
Maybe CoHo will pick up his game like Sulzer did. He's tied with Kassian; I feel bad for wagon. I'm glad that we traded Alex. He's a fine defencemen, he just didn't get the opportunity to play with some decent for more than a few shifts.
soshified
He has as many points as Kassian now. Haters where are you?!

SabresFan
Like some have said, guys like tropp and foligno (marcus, brother of nick, son of mike) made kass expendable to the sabres.. He brings all the toughness and offensive skill kassian did, plus some.. We're stacked in the farm..

Vigneault's Timeout
Great. Just what we need when we're about to play the Hawks. The Canucks better not lose against the Hawks today, or else morons will come out saying how Hodgson would have scored...
