I hear what the other replies are saying about keep the courts out of hockey, but, Keith's elbow pad is as much a weapon used with intent and (alleged) premeditation as Bert's fist and Mcsorley's stick were. I can see both sides, but would rather see the NHL deal with its own discipline. In a world full of Karma, Keith will eventually get what he will get. I had a lot of respect for Keith prior to this play and his subsequent turtle-ing. But this should be handled within the league, not that I have a lot of faith in the current disciplinary process.
