Just look at Stamkos this season. If he scores 60, everyone will remember it as "the season that Stamkos made 60 goals, wow!" For awhile there it looked like he was going to reach 60. Nevertheless, it would be nice to see him hit 50. 1 point in the last 2 games is definitely doable. Obviously I don't believe in the "most more points he has = the better defenseman he is" misconception, because I said it in my post.. More points will just get his name around more in the league, make him more famous.. Do you think anyone gave a crap about Keith Yandle before he put up 59 points last year?..
