I'd take on Gustavsson's contract if the Toronto doesn't want him....Schneider/Reimer duo (back-up for one year, let Lack develop for another) or (salary dump to the AHL, he can split duties with Cannata). * depends on if Cannata is ready for the AHL, Gustavsson has been in the AHL with the Leafs so it is a possibility. Vancouver: Kadri + 1st + Gustavsson Toronto: Schneider + 1st If not Gustavsson than maybe Sam Carrick (I really like this kid, LOL). Vancouver: Kadri + 1st + Carrick Toronto: Schneider + 1st + 2nd/Sweatt * I know that Sweatt rejected an offer by the Leafs but Gillis has done worse (trading Sturm within weeks...trading Sulzer in the midst of his contract...). If the deal seems to be close but we need to sweeten the pot a bit...
