Boston will run all over Washington, and will eat up Ovechkin by sending out Chara and the Lucic line everytime he hits the ice. With Ovie's line banged up, and suspect goaltending, Boston will make short work of this series. Bruins in 5, sadly.

My gut feeling tells me this is gonna be an upset. Caps in 7!

Game Plan for Boston:

Slash Ovie's legs until he got a sprained knee.

Drill Backstrom's head into the board and give him another concussion.

Slash Semin's fingers until he can't release his lethal shot.

Act like they got shot when a Capital gives them a love tap.

Capitals are fired up and with Semin, Ovechkin, Backstrom and Green all in the lineup they're almost undefeated this season! If anyone can expose the Bruins for their slow defence and sporadic goaltending its the offensive juggernauts of the Caps.

Washington has the edge in the season series as well, winning it 3-1, so I say they take the Bruins to 6 or 7 games and win it. Ovechkin really explodes against Chara in this one.

As much as I hate them... the Bruins will win this one in 5. Albeit Washington has done relatively well against the Bruins this season, the playoffs are a whole different monster. Boston is missing some key players from the previous cup run, but they still have the experience. Bruins in 5.

I think the injuries to Boychuk and Mcquaid are being dramatically downplayed. There's no way Boychuk has just a minor knee sprain and Mcquaid tried playing and had to leave the game. They'll have to play but both are well below 100 per cent.
