CARTER
Last time I checked he was in AV's doghouse. He deserves it though, refusing to hit, losing to SOB in a fight. Kassian and Bitz > Oreo

Alex_Edler_Walks_on_Water
I liked Oreo, he was tough with an offensive upside. Although he hasnt shown much more offensive upside than Bitz... and Bitz is consistently more physical... I wouldnt mind seeing him slot in instead of Ebbett (when Ebbett gets those more offensive roles) - When Kassian isnt in.

Sick Hands
Could be one of the worst trades in Canuck history. Quinton Howden will be a beaut too....not to mention Ballard and Oreo which have been nothing short of extremely dissapointing

Sick Hands
Not if we win a Cup with Ballard. A Cup would justify everything for me even if Howden turns out to be the next Gretzky.

dorrcoq
He wasn't given a fair chance. He had a single game with the Canucks and lost his spot to Dale Weise based on what the pro scouts said. We all know that Dale Weise has been far worst than Oreskovich.

Opmac
We "all" know that, do we? Oreo was given a chance to prove something in the playoffs last year and stood by when the going got tough. He was given a chance in training camp and was out-played by Volpatti, probably Duco and Pinizzotto as well. Had he shown anything we might not have even bothered picking up Weise. Obviously people paid to know thought Weise was a better option that what they had seen from Oreo at that point. And of course after his one game here this year he was rightly called out by AV for his lack of response.
Ilya Mikheyev
Oh come on, everybody was satisfied with Victor Oreskovich at the end of the playoffs. Everybody had him penciled in on the fourth line for next year. He picked up his play by the end of the preseason and had made the opening roster with Steve Pinizzotto's injury. Both Aaron Volpatti and Mike Duco are left wingers, so he did not outplay Oreskovich. It was a battle between Oreskovich and Pinizzotto for the fourth line right wing position. Then he had a single game during the season and got ostracized by Vigneault for a so-so game. Dale Weise has been awful this season. Unwilling to hit just like Oreskovich. Except when Oreskovich does decide to hit, his hits are impact hits.
WeDreamOfStanley
Weise and Oreskovich are both mediocre at best, it's a battle of who isn't quite as bad as the other.
