nuckin_futz
Oh yes, 2,500 will really hurt Weber's 7,500,000 wallet. One of the stupidest decisions i've ever seen.

VancouverStyle
Do you any of you think boston would try anything? If we had this Weber on the canucks backend during the cup final? I can't stop watching the video of this incident...
babybulls211
After the fine, I would say Weber better watch out when he's on the ice tomorrow night. He is now targeted by every Red Wings and they will hit him HARD when they have a chance.

Navyblue
it takes a lot more intent to turnbuckle someone's head than it does to hit them in the numbers or up high.
Navyblue
Yeah, he totally sold it by launching his own head into the edge of the boards after noticing weber had his glove on the back of his head. Do you one better, Zetterberg sold it by controlling Webers mind and making him throw his head into the boards VIA Jedi mind power. GTFO. And never post something stupid like that again. DownUndaCanuck
Apparently Weber makes $2500 in one shift played on the ice. That's about 40 seconds of work. Detroit aren't a dirty team, so I hope if we come across the Predators in the playoffs we have Kassian or Bitz give this S.O.B a gloved punch to the back of the head. If $2500 is all it costs to concuss, potentially paralyze, remove their best player, destroy their franchise's chances for a Cup run over the next decade and make it much easier to score against them, well that sounds like a perfect tactic to me.
