NUCKS4CUP 28
I'll just give you the list of players that are "must keep," it'll be shorter that way. - Higgins - Burrows - Kesler - Pahlsson - Lappy - Hamhuis - Luongo/Schneider Everyone else can frack off for all I care. coolcat13
I wouldn't miss anyone. Trade them all for Marco Sturm.
hockey21383
Kesler, Manny, Raymond, Booth, Schnieder/Luongo (take your pick). Those are the people i think need to leave. Kesler just doesnt perform in the playoffs besides the Nashville series last year. Manny....nothing need to be said along with Raymond, Booth is pretty well useless aswell. We need to rework that whole second line and hope that we can sign someone like Justin Schultz who would probably replace Salo.

Luongo97
Kesler diving doesn't make a lick of difference in this series. People just point out his antics when they lose. When they win he's "getting under the skin of the opponents".
puckluv
i just don't understand why we have booth for 4.25 million...is he worth it? meh
Special Ed
I would say Kesler. But then who's going to take over number two center? That uhhhh Cody guy that we traded? That trade really screwed us. Big time.

itsagoal
Do you think he wants to stay in Vancouver after this debacle, and not to mention getting crap on by fans for the past 4 years
Luongo97
Oh well, this team needs to move on, we cant be guilty of what happened. Look at all the stanley cup contenders this year, tell me which one has a 2.5m faceoff 'specialist' on the 4th line?? the guy is next to useless, liability 5 on 5 im sorry but MG needs to break some promises this off season and get his message across. hockeyville88
booth has been one of the stand outs.... Not often enough and not $4.25 million worth IMO If he can bring his best effort more often it'd be a huge boost.
Bure1994Mclean
Raymond. My god it was so frustrating seeing him fall down so easily skating with the puck, his inability to fight against the boards, his habit of shoot the puck at the goaltender's crest from way out, and his tendency to remain on the perimeter. The guy just doesn't learn, ship him out for whatever anyone is willing to give up for him at this point.
Guest BuckFoston
Well if the management tells him he's no longer needed and is going foward without him, he's not going to be stupid enough to not waive the NTC to stay here being a back up to Schneider. I'm pretty sure it will be, "Thats fine, thank you Mike, " Mike Gillis will then tell him, because of his contract, he will do the best to send Him to another team, he will probably understand that, and there we go. He waives his NTC, and we move on.
Bananas
....runs downhill, so cut it off at the head. Gillis, you're gone. AV and crew, you're next. Then you look for the obvious cancer(s) in the locker room, and you weed them out. Ryan Kesler -- you give this team a bad name. Get your euro-trash-esque diving out of this city. Nobody like to watch you pout your way to the bench every time you botch a play anymore; the novelty has worn off. You're a nobody, and the team is better off without you. Mason Raymond -- nobody wants you around. Nobody wants to pass to you, and nobody feels confident with you on the ice. You're failure to maintain any sort of offensive pressure has worn thin on a majority of Canucks fans over several years where improvement is simply lacking in all aspects of the game. Aaron Rome -- you get ice-time you don't deserve. With AV gone, you'd best follow, and ram your **** up his *** elsewhere. Don't let the door b!tchslap you on your way out. After this, you get rid of the heartless chumps that have no place winning a championship: Dale Wiese -- why would a cup contender ever sign you? Later. Zack Kassian -- wtf are you doing here? Can I have Hodgson back, please? And an Honorable Mention: Kieth Ballard -- sorry it didn't work out? Nobody for sure can tell what exactly happened here... what else can I say? When it comes down to it, the Aquilini's have the potential to run their fingers much deeper than just the ability to finance their franchise. I think they should. Every other team is doing it, it would seem.

gourami12
Not sure who to dump, but we sure need some guys who can put the puck in the net. Kesler and Ballard for Nash?Oh, let Raymond walk - maybe he can enjoy playing in Siberia.
LeafsHater
I love how everyone is ripping on Kesler, Kesler actually hits and actually has heart. It is not for a lack of try. He raised expectations super high last year, and everyone is now jumping off the bandwagon. He aint going anywhere. He is part of this core going forward whether you like it or not. Yes, he dives at times, yes he seems arrogant at times. However he has been one of our better players, he may not have scored but he cannot be blamed for a lack of try or determination. He has been one of the better Canucks.
