Alex Edler, Still Going To Be Playing Important Minutes In Game 4?

I am a big Edler fan for the last few years.

This series, not so much.

He showed all his weakness in this first round series, just HORRIBLE. Definitely looks like he can't play under any pressure in the playoffs this year.

If you were AV, what would you do in game 4?

Thoughts?

Yes, you have to play your best players. Henrik hasn't looked horrible defensively but he's done nothing otherwise, should he also have reduced minutes? Gotta play your best players to even have a chance. If anyone can turn their game around, it's your best players. They're your best for a reason.

Too much pressure on Edler to do everything. We expect him to be a puck mover like Ehrhoff, but he just isn't that guy. He's 25. He's just entering his prime.

People need to calm down. The core doesn't need to change. It's not our season and never was. Run into injuries early one with Daniel Sedin. Kesler obviously isn't on his game and it usually takes a year for player's to fully recover from hip surgery.

There are moves that need to be done, but there shouldn't be an explosion.
