Franksedin
Just looking for some clarification. Since the Canucks won their division is the lowest they can draft around 22-26ish. I thought I read that division winners are seeded after sc-champs, the runner up, then the other two conference finalists. Even if they lost in the first round would they not get a pick from 15-18. Any info?

luongotv
That's my understanding aswell Edit: but the lowest we'd go is 22, we want 30!
Zoolander
22 and a hell of an off-season sounds alot more exciting to me than a chance at a cup this year. I mean honestly, with the expendable pieces we have, I'm looking forward to next season even more than i was for the last two seasons.
goalie13
I'm pretty sure it's 26. 27 & 28 are for the two teams eliminated in the Conference finals, 29 and 30 is for the teams in the Stanley Cup Finals.

Joel Heyman
The only good thing to come out of losing out in the 1st round would be being able to draft Bystrom or Thrower
Baercheese
27-30 are for teams in the east and west finals Canucks would draft 26th if they are eliminated 1st round or 2nd round
