We cannot afford to give possesions away like that we need to transition those neutral zone break outs into shots,just do the give and go one more time,you are gaining the n-zone smoothly,so either use the give and go again or JUST BREAK RIGHT IN,but do not dump in any more,never,not in this game,we need to bear down,and make our first transition faster by skateing it out FAST and takeing control of momentum. We need to STOP throwing the puck away,put our heads down and skate,all lines must be told to look for the head to go down and then just provide support,but we need to skate it out of our zone or they will feed it to us,we cant make those little flips to relieve pressure and clear it into the neutral zone,we need to use that possesion to bull by them and pressure them one-on-one like they did to us,we need to establish pressure and give ourselves the chance for individuals to make big plays.Give and goes are great for that ,as are fast and hard passes turned into redirection type of one timers,thenjust work hard and chase rebounds.
