The funny thing is, that meal can be bought in its entirety at IKEA in frozen form. We have the potatoes and Swedish meatballs in our freezer along with Lingonberries in the pantry. All from IKEA. Love that place!

After he de-glazes the pan, then he should put in some butter, and then add some flour to make a roux. When the flour has been coated with the better, then add the liquid, slowly, while stirring. It makes for a smoother, less lumpy looking sauce.

Otherwise, he looks like a good kid and I look forward to seeing him play for the Canucks one day.

that's exactly what i was thinking while watching too. When he said he put in the flour at the end, and there was already butter in there all i could say was "why didn't you just make a roux first" it would have made such a better flavoured and more complex sauce.

LU gets moved in the off season.........we sign the new fav. schneids to a big contract........schneids has a couple bad games..........the whole fanbase wants Lack to be the new number 1...................................................but theres never a goalie contraversy.

K. This is how it starts. Give or take a season or two and we have yet another goaltending controversy based on the likability of a man over another.

Lets try something new; unconditionally support Luongo and the Vancouver Canucks.

I know it's really hard for haters to wrap their heads around that one but I assure you it is worth it.
