As per Dan Murphy:

Canucks Lines: Daniel-Henrik-Booth Lapierre-Kesler-Burrows Higgins-Pahlsson-Hansen Raymond-Malhotra-Weise

Good.

Weise is the better option at this point.

I like how Weise focuses on taking the body but knows when to go for the puck. I also like how Lappy is slotted in over Raymond. Lapierre is probably more effective on the 2nd line and Raymond will have less pressure to perform.

I approve, AV.

So who would you choose: Raymond or Kassian as your final forward?

I dunno...that's a tough call.

Raymond. He plays on the PK. Kassian plays on the bench.

I'd choose raymond for sure, more experiance, much quicker stronger skater, better shot, all around a better player than Kassian right now, that being said of course we all know may ray has been awful so far, but have 1/2 of the shifts as he's use to might help him simplify his game, time will tell. Btw is this really new news? I heard Kassian was out and Raymond was demoted to the 4th line on the team 1040 on..... Friday I believe, during their practice, I didn't start a new thread on it because I just figured there was a thread out there with it, and people love to flame any time someone starts a new thread that is already out there lol

Cody Hodgson for Gragnani and Kasssian.

2 players who sit in the pressbox. WHAT A STEAL!

I'd rather have two players in the press box then a player golfing.

Good, Kassian looked lost out there.

I bet he'll be in for game 6 if there is one.

I don't think Kassian was supposed to be able to replace Hodgson right away. It's fine if he doesn't end up playing every playoff game.

So the team can risk a major penalty in an elimination game?

Pahlsson

So basicly, we traded for Påhlsson, and therefore we should GIVE one of Our best prospects away for nothing?

Hopefully Kassian is alright - I believe he has had a few 'maintenance' days, appeared to have a shoulder problem... I like his game - it's probably easier for a veteran, however, to adjust to playing 3 or 4 minutes a game...

Not nothing. Kassian will be a very good powerforward in the NHL. He's just a year behind Hodgson in development. Would have been better suited as an off season trade.

Pahlsson 35 years old.

Hodgson 22 years old.

15 years more to regret it.

Man, it was one game, get over it. You can say that about half the leagues fourth liners.

When your forth line plays 3 minutes a night there's no point playing a guy who took 15 PIMs (5 real minutes) in his only game.

Pretty disappointing that you think Kassian is 'nothing'.
