Get rid of Raymond, send Kassian to AHL, not re-sign Mancari, Duco, Rome. Re-sign Salo, Gragnani, Lack, Schneider. Contract extension to Lapierre, Burrows, Higgins, and Edler. It seems as if everyone forgot how Kesler carried the team to the WCF up against Weber, Suter, and Rinne. That is not a one off, watch out for a healthy kesler next year. With a few tweaks here and there and a long off season of healing and rest they are going to come back stronger and better for next season. Doesn't matter who is in net, both goalies are pretty awesome. Hopefully soon the Oilers will be in the playoffs vs the Canucks for some classic games. Ehrhoff used to play a very solid 25 minutes a game for the canucks....with him gone, the minutes have to go Some where. I think our defense is fine, we just need nother reliable top defensemen. He played WELL in the first 2 games, our defense sucked really bad, that's why we lost, not because of him! It's incredible how all the fault falls on his back. Of course, Schneider step up and played solid, but that has nothing to do with Lu. Edler was our best d-man in the regular season, we shouldn't get rid of him at all. Higgins worked his *** out for this team too. Give LA credit, they deserved this. The Sedins and Schneider stole game 4, and still played well on game 5, but they can't steal 4 straight games for us. But still, we should make a big move. Bring Nash, Parise, Weber or whoever, we gotta change some things around here, or we're not winning a SC.
